Bill serves as our Executive Vice president and Chief Operating Officer, and has over 20 years of commercial real estate, land development and construction experience and is highly experienced in strategic planning, growth strategies, and corporate management.

He advises our development partners during the sourcing and acquisition of companies, capital placement, and future growth strategies. He combines the science of site selection with the knowledge and experience of land development and many types of construction and oversees our construction management department. He has the unique ability to combine strong financial and analytical skills with deal making capabilities to bring projects to fruition.

Bill grew up in a family-owned excavating and general contracting business, and he is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Youngstown State University where he earned a Bacheor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate Development and Shopping Center Management, with a minor in Retail Marketing.

Currently Bill serves as a Board Member on the Executive Leadership team of Contractors, Closers and Connections (CCC), a fast-growing national networking organization with offices in thirteen cities across North America. He has served in several other board-level positions for community redevelopment, non-profits, and regional banking initiatives and takes great pride in his church and community activities.
