Our traditional focus was on land assemblage and development, but now we are shifting our focus to investing in or purchasing profitable, well-run family-owned entrepreneurial businesses.

Investment Criteria

We like building things, we especially like building businesses we have invested in or own

  • Focus on consumer driven industries which are necessary and predictable. (Restaurant Concepts, Car Wash Brands, Convenience Store Chains)
  • Family or entrepreneur owned businesses, desirous of growth.
  • Transaction size: $3M to $20M
  • EBITDA of $1M to $10M
  • We seek to partner with businesses and provide resources, including capital, improve corporate governance, to drive growth and brand awareness.
  • We are willing to put our “skin-in-the-game” when we advise our Equity Partners.
